LOOKING TO LEARN HOW TO REALLY DEFEND YOURSELF ?
Our Adult Self Defense Class is that class. We have learned that there are many adults who really want to be able to defend themselves in the case that they are put into a precarious position. We understand that there are different skill and physical fitness levels. We have an approach that will help individuals who do not exercise regularly and those who are very active learn to prepare for the unexpected. you never know when you or if you are with a loved one, will be in a position where you may have to protect yourself and/or family. We teach key components of fitness such as balance, coordination and stamina. If you posses these skills already, our training program will reinforce these attributes. Our curriculum and approach is designed to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. The adult program is an excellent avenue for adults who want to learn the true art of self preservation. 
At Blue Life Karate and Fitness Centers, we believe that in order to really enjoy all that life has to offer, we need to have the balance of a strong mind, healthy heart and possess the skills that are necessary to defend ourselves and our family.
What we teach is a proven method of self defense not based on theory, it is based on years of study of actual scenarios. Our program will help you gain that confidence, keep you in shape, gain flexibility through our stretching techniques which will decrease your chances of injury, build strength and tone your body through a series of dynamic, isometric, and repetitive exercises. You will gain elf-esteem with improvement of your physical body composition, skill level and self-defense skills.
It can sometimes be difficult developing friendships as an adult, but individuals that train together and support one another end up building friendships that last a lifetime. What better way to spend your time than staying fit, developing a skill that could save you or a loved one and meeting others that share a common interest and goal?
