Say good bye to the old you and hello to the sassy new you! Look your best in your favorite jeans. Join us for the next five weeks for boot camp! This program focuses on toning through resistance and weight training. It will supplement your current work out routine or establish one for you if you are new to working out. We are an indoor boot camp, weather is not an issue. This camp is for women only, no offense fellas.

The Xtreme Fitness program is appropriate for all fitness levels. You will learn proper form and modifications to each exercise that is appropriate to your fitness level. You will get a  full body workout with a focus on building strength and endurance. You will increase muscle tone in your upper and lower body, strengthen your core, build strength, and minimize the appearnce of cellulite. All classes are led by certified fitness instructors.Teaming resistance training with cardio training has been proven to be the most effective method of burning fat, therefore reaching and maintaining your fitness goals.

Boot Camp Schedule (all classes start sharp, please arrive a few minutes early):

 
 
Wednesday 6am-7am
Friday 6am-7am
Saturday 7am-8am
Sunday 8am-9am

Drop-Ins are always welcomed and OK after session starts. The drop-in fee is $20/class.
Come early to any class and register, or register between 4:30pm and 7:30pm any day prior to the beginning of the session.
