Xtreme Kickboxing is an aerobic workout incorporating the punches of a boxer and the kicks of a karate expert. Boot Camp Go beyond any work out you have EVER experienced! Our Boot Camp program is effective, and dare we say fun! You will get a full body workout with a focus on building strength and endurance. You will improve and build muscle tone. Teaming resistance training and cardio training has been proven to be the most effective way of burning fat, helping you to reach and maintain your fitness goals. We offer a variety of exercises and drills, never the same class twice. We are an indoor boot camp, weather is not an issue. Open to women ages 18 and up. Current Session Dates : TBD. Mommy and Me Program This program is designed specifically for boys and girls ages 3 1/2 -5 years old accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Your child will learn and grow in a process that accommodates their skills and abilities. They train with other children in their age group, at their own pace with the added comfort of training with a parent or guardian. Parents/guardians and children reinforce each others practice of patience and focus. In the process all involved learn something new!

BENEFITS

Physical Development - Our Curriculum of Martial Arts is a system designed to improve your physical abilities. Our system reinforces physical fitness, athletic ability, and self-defense skills. Mental Development - We teach a system that develops personal abilities to focus and concentrate. To become highly skilled in the Martial Arts, you must be centered and focused. Our approach of learning through training reinforces both of these life skills through the development of concentration. If you can think it, why not execute? After execution you are rewarded with a sense of achievement and that generates confidence. Once you are gifted with confidence, anything is possible.

Spiritual Development - Martial Arts teaches determination. Students learn to believe in themselves, to have confidence in their abilities and to respect others. They learn to put faith in their instructor’s ability to guide them to their next level of accomplishment and in their own ability to reach that level.

Character Development - Striving to develop good character within ourselves separates Martial Arts from other fitness programs and sporting activities. The development of an athlete is different than the development of a Martial Arts student. Students must develop the physical proficiency to execute, and also develop the mental skills and discipline that will ultimately enhance every day life. Students may find themselves performing better in school, staying on task more often, and even sleeping more soundly at night. We consistently demand respect, discipline, control, and a positive mental attitude from our students.

An average Martial Arts school is one in which the students are skilled in the physical aspects of the program. A Great Martial Arts school is defined by students who are well rounded and developed in all aspects of self-development.
